Start with the finished outside length, width, and height of the drawer you want to build. Choose inches or millimeters, enter the measured thickness of your material, then click Apply dimensions. Measure the stock rather than going by the label. I always add about 0.02" to my material thickness so the git isn't too tight.
Draw a rectangle on the layout for each area you want to keep clear of dividers. Think about what will go in the drawer, and leave a little room to get things in and out. Keep the rectangles inside the drawer and don't overlap them.
Once you're happy with the layout, choose an output format and generate the files. Use DXF for vectors you can bring into your CAM software, or DXF + VCarve for the gadget ZIP and organized layout. You can also download STL or 3MF, and use the 3MF preview to look over the parts. Before cutting, check the dimensions and simulate your toolpaths.
